Desperate to find clean romance/suspense novels with a Christian twist, Shelly Wright wrote her first full length novel in the spring of 2010. In 2011, she signed A Light into the Darkness (Twisted Roots #1) which listed in the top 25 for the Puddly Awards in 2013. In 2015, the second edition release was nominated for Family Fiction's top ten books of 2015. Other published works include; The Lost Scrolls (Twisted Roots #2), several short stories, and Legacy (Twisted Roots #3) released 2016. 
Current novel project is an apocalyptic romance--Left Behind meets Mad Max Beyond Thunder Dome and a Creepy Pasta murder mystery based on twisted nursery rhymes.
Shelly also teaches several creative writing courses from 3rd graders up to adults.
